Nordic Food Localism: a sustainable way to live and eat?

On Monday February 18th, Futureperfect organises its next event at Fotografiska in Stockholm. Nordic Food Localism will delve into the localisation of production and consumption of food. We invite you, as a professional in the food sector, design, architecture or planning, to a detailed discussion on sustainable food and ways to integrate food into urban planning and architecture.

The guest speakers Mathias Dahlgren from Mathias Dahlgren Restauranger in the Grand Hotel, and the author Carolyn Steel, whose work includes the bestseller Hungry City. Join us for a tasteful adventure at Fotografiska!

The debate will be guided by John Manoochehri – architect, urban designer, and founder of Futureperfect – and Daniella Illerbrand of DVLOP.

During the meal, you have a chance to continue the exchange of ideas with the debate speakers and fellow guests – panel debate participants, and members of the respondents’ group will lead the conversation on the various tables.
